Hello, I had the chance to be at the house already 5 times - always in winter skiing in Dolomiti mountains. The house is located on the high slope, a few minutes by car from Pieve di Livinallongo and 15 minutes from Arabba, which is excellent place to start your skiing. I would recommend this house and location to the people who are looking for a place which is quiet and a bit separated "from civilization". Panorama from the balcony on Dolomiti mountains (and especially on famous Marmolada) is really beautiful. In the house you can find everything you need: two double rooms, one room for four persons, nice living room, well equipped kitchen and one bathroom (the only one, but we never had problems with that). Everything for a reasonable price. The owners of the house are nice people - they speak Italian (of course) and German, their sons speak English as well, so no problems with communication. Summarizing: beautiful place, nice people, house well equipped and furnished, reasonable price - I really recommend this location. When you are there in the winter time please take into consideration that you need metal chains on your tires, otherwise you may have some problems to get to the house. I confirm that every time when it was snowing, the snow was removed from the road so we were able to reach the house. I suppose that this place is also attractive in spring/summer/autumn time, but I have never been there at that time.
