Hotel Genzianella 

The Hotel Genzianella is located in Sottoguda a picturesque villane in the heart of the Dolomites, at the foot of Marmolada mountain. Ideal place for pleasant walks and suggestive excursions. A few meters from the Hotel you can find local craft shops producing wrought iron objects and wooden objects.

The central position offers many opportunity of daily ski-tours (First Wold War, Sella Ronda, Ski-Civetta, Marmolada and so on).

In Winter a ski-bus service guarantees the transfer to the new lift departure, which arrive to the Marmolada – Queen of the Dolomites – and along the district of Superski Dolomiti.
You can ski all the way to the Hotel door trough the amazing "Serrai di Sottoguga" gorge a canyon situated at the bottom of the Marmolada slope, which run into village. The "Serrai di Sottoguda" gorge is, during the coldest winter months, a destination long for ice-climbing.

All our rooms, most with balcony, are inviting and rich in comfort. They dispose of private bathroom, phone, TV and hairdryer. The spacious bar is the ideal place for enyoing a drink or a tipical "grappa" of our production.

Our cousine offers a rich breakfast buffet. A wide variety of local dishes, together with a rich buffet of salads and desserts at guests’ disposal for dinner. Ski-school in the Hotel.
