Welcome in this little Paradise, at the foot of the nicest mountains in the world! The hotel lies by the picturesque main square in Pieve di Livinallongo, in a sunny position, at an altitude of 1475 m.
The family assures a friendly and warm atmosphere, so that you can feel immediately at home. This small, typical and cosy structure offers all comforts. All rooms have a bathroom.
Great fun in the snow! The Bear Land is the ideal place to ski freely from sunrise to sunset, to enjoy unique and, at the same time, always different views. Arabba is the starting point of the famous "Sella Ronda" ski-carousel that goes through the four Dolomites passes Campolongo, Sella, Gardena and Pordoi. The ski facilities situated at Padon enable you to reach Malga Ciapela and the Marmolada ski paradise.
In summer the visitors can choose among several hikes and mountain bike tours through this splendid valley, crowned by beautiful peaks: Mt. Civetta (3218 m.) and Pelmo (3168 m.), the Marmolada (3342 m.) and the Sella Group, with the Boè Pyramid (3151 m.). The enthusiast rock-climbers as well as the golf lovers can have a nice time, too. A 9-hole golf course is reachable in just 15 minutes!

Family run hotel with ambiance

Exceptional 10

We have stayed in the hotel twice and really like it. The rooms are large and very clean. The family who runs the place is very friendly and tries to create a pleasant stay for you. The food is excellent - a large breakfast and a four course dinner in the evening with high quality and good variety. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Arabba and there is a shuttle bus taking the guests to the lifts in Arabba. The wifi is very good on the upper floors but might be a problem on the rooms on the lower floor.

Good services for reasonable price

Exceptional 10

Communication: good German, poor English. Confirmation of booking was received upon calling. Accommodation: cleaning of rooms daily, rooms well equipped, quick internet connection, many floors (lift available). Restaurant: good quality and quantity of food, some wines from the list were not available. Parking: on small square in the front of the hotel when you are leaving every morning. If not, there is a parking space 100m away.

Wonderful holiday in Arabba

Exceptional 10

Good service and delicious food, and the shuttle-bus service was very good. We would have preferred a quilt as in one of our rooms we only had blankets and it was a little bit cold, but for all the rest we had a wonderful holiday.
